Flower arrangements arrived a day later and just before the funeral service finished. Arrangement was not as pictured on your website. Your guarantee of delivery on date specified is 1 day late. Your customer service dispatch was not helpful in explaining the delay and i had to talk to his supervisor. Overall experience is terrible and stressful.

I wish they'd tell you about the extra $20 you'll have to spend before you get to the last page. I was expecting handling fees but I'd like to see them before so I can budget properly.
Update: the flowers received were not the ones that I had picked out on the website. I picked a a specific bouquet and it was just a bundle of roses. They got flowers at least but I'm still upset about having to pay a different price for flowers that weren't even in the bouquet.
They canceled my original order without asking me.then gave me complimentary flowers.then gave me incorrect tracking number for them, so I could not track it. The website chat person assured me I would get email confirmation once dropped by local florist.that never happened. Overall bad experience. Bad customer service. Even though they gave me refund.will not use them again.

Very disappointed to find out my flowers did not get delivered until Monday I would not buy again

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
