While the actual price of flowers was a bit high, but not too unreasonable, the shipping charges are atrocious. And what is the point of giving a discount after the order has been placed?
It would be nice to see how arrangements change when closing between options( good, better, best)

Very expensive for what was received--Expected a lot nicer arrangement when I chose top level and paid over $80 for the baby girl virtual shower of my first grandchild. Live and learn.
Some of the flowers were dead and the card had words that shouldn't of been on.
Easy navigating, online ordering service, could have used a detailed option on where to leave flowers upon arrival. And, EXPENSIVE.
My overall experience was satisfactory. I paid an extra fee to have the flowers delivered before 12 noon, but they weren't delivered until around 3 pm. The delivery person left the flowers at the door & never knocked on the door to deliver them directly to my mother. My mother loved her flowers but I wasn't satisfied with the delivery.
So far so good. Hopeful the quality of product is as good!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
