Was skeptical at first about using this company at first. I've never used anything like this, but with corona going on and me not being able to travel to hospital myself it was very convenient and helpful for me to be able to send flowers to a loved one showing them love and to boost their spirits. She loved and appreciate these beautiful flowers so much and for it to be same day delivery was awesome. I felt the pricing was high in every direction and there was a minimum fee limit on items so I had to get the next highest one. Other than that it was worth it. It cheered my friend up and I felt good about it at the end of the day. Thanks again!

Ordered a balloon bouquet 9 days in advance, paid the expedited fee to have it there by noon. It wasn't! I had to check on the order twice. It will state delivered but doesn't give the time I had to " chat" with them to give me the time of delivery. No apologies. Nothing! I'm to receive a credit.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
