My daughter sent me a picture of what she received and although it was of the same color/type of flowers I didn't think it was a nice of a bouquet as what was listed in the picture from your website. I would have thought it would have had more flowers.

(These comments are post delivery)...I received the flowers in a timely manner (paid for same-day delivery), but I was disappointed in the bouquet. Upgraded to the premium arrangement and expected a bouquet something like was pictured on the website. The flowers were very pretty, but did not seem to have the number of flowers that I expected. Looked more like a regular order than a premium order. Fromyouflowers did make an adjustment to the price I paid - not enough to cover the difference from regular to premium - but I would rather have had a bouquet that was comparable to the one pictured on website. However, I will probably give them another chance and order again sometime in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
