I ordered flowers with chocolates, teddy bear and balloon. They only delivered the flowers and doesn't look as nice as the one on their website. I asked them to deliver thw missing items but they said they couldn't and would just make a refund which is totally disappointing. NEVER EVER Order from this website.

The product was delivered exactly as agreed. Unfortunately, what was delivered was nothing close to what was ordered. A bright, colorful arrangement with multicolored ribbon was replaced with a couple of large daisies and greens with a ribbon around the vase. Not the cheerful, uplifting arrangement ordered. I sent an email to the address listed on the website including pics, but both times the email was returned. I sent the same email without the pics but haven't received a response. Very disappointing.
