The box came from UPS and they were thrown on the porch of the recipient. They weren't delivered until 8:29 pm and it was already dark and needless to say the person was getting ready for bed. The person they were for had to find out about them because I kept having to ask if they were there yet. I called to check status because it said out for delivery since 6:18 am. Was on hold 14 min and then told well it shows they were left on the porch at 8:29 pm, I said yes I now see that since I've been on hold 14 min. She said we are short handed but they show delivered. I said I will have to call to check and she hung up on me. Never again.
The only problem I had was a Paypal processing issue.

At first I was annoyed that my order was delivered to my daughter for her birthday a day earlier than requested. But then I realized and confirmed that the delivery was made earlier due to the upcoming snowstorm. The thoughtfulness and added effort to ensure delivery rather than have it delivered late is greatly appreciated. Thank you. BTW, the arrangement is beautiful.

Terrible service; first it was not delivered as indicated; it took 4 days to deliver; then every time I called for an update I was given incorrect information; lastly, the product looked nothing like the picture on the website; I believe I over paid for the delivery and the product; never ordering again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
