For paying for the premium selection, I was expecting more variety for flowers rather than having simple daisies. The decoration was pretty but I felt like it was the same as a regular flower arrangement rather than a premium one.

Easy use, beautiful arrangement.
The Web site closed on me twice. The third time I got thru and didn't order everything I wanted. My flowers arrived almost at 8 pm. The personalized vase picture was uneven in the vase. Not a good experience this time around.
The shopping was easy and convenient since the order was time sensitive I have never used this service before so I'm hoping the Flowers are as beautiful as the pictures.
