It was easy. Everything looked nice.
Shipping cost was an unexpected price. I also thought the bouquet would be larger being I bought the deluxe size. However, i was refunded 25% due to the mishap.
It's good. I first started using From You Flowers to have flower deliveries to my friend Daniel Hellmayer. Each year they are always delayed. It's a running joke now. One day he'll get flowers on his actually birthday.
Flowers appear fresh the proof, however will be in how they open and last.

I would personally like it better if all the fees were shown up front instead of having to wait until the final payment screen to see the delivery costs.

The Lily's were not yellow how the arrangement was described and shown. It was called lemonade for yellow Lily's. Instead they recieved orange ones It was for my mother and grandmother finding out about there new grand daughter. Disappointed arrangement didn't look as bright and happy with orange Lily's. Spent close to 100 on both arrangements.

Easy to select the flowers I liked (actually I liked them all) and it was easy to go through the ordering process.
Although I was not the receiver of the flowers, I was told they look very nice. The only comment I would make is that I was asked if I wanted the flowers to be delivered in the morning, or later, I picked the "later" since I knew the receiver of the flowers will be at work, and that was her place or resident. The flowers were delivered in the morning and "waited" outside for a few hours. I was afraid they would not be fresh anymore.

I ordered a few days ago and order is now not showing. I tried to place this order three times today. Just was able to place order and my coupon code was not applied. Beyond frustrated.
The flowers looked smaller than expected and the delivery was not same day as I requested. I was refunded $ for the late delivery.

The flowers and discount were very reasonable, however, the handling costs (to me) are a little on the high side. The flowers got to their destination in a very timely fashion (a little under 4 hours...yay) and we extremely fresh. The people in my daughters office even commented on the beautiful flowers. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
Delivery fee is unclear until last second
Same day delivery took place as stated and it the quality was as expected.
I tried to change my password all day yesterday and never got an email...so finally was able to connect today and had to pay same day penalty. Also called for help twice. First assistant was rude(Shanise) and cut off our conversation. Second call was much better and assistant helpful(April) I believe. I have enjoyed using your company before and will likely continue...but this was quite aggravating.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
