EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Arrived 2 hours past LATEST STATED TIME. If I would have known it would be late would have paid extra for earlier delivery. Also, was unaware assembly was required. I hope the business improves because it was very easy to order but everything was off minus the chocolate and card. I won't be using this service again.
These were sent to a friend who had just lost her mother. She said they were beautiful. They arrived as I specified.
Process was convenient and easy. I did not actually get to see the basket that I sent, however the dear friend I sent it to said it was beautiful. She lost her mom and I wanted to send something special and you provided that. Thank you so much...I will definitely use you services in the future.

Today March 15 is my 5 year wedding anniversary and so I wanted to surprise my wife with flowers delivered to her job. I paid extra for same day delivery and confirmed everything. Then at the end of the day they send me an email saying that the order will be delivered the next day. The ruined my surprise. Now i dont even have time to get another company to deliver. They are the worst company I have ever used. They also tied up my funds for a few days. Being on a tight budget they really hurt me. Never use this company.

All went well. Service was great. Delivery received by recipient. Slightly expensive. Would of been nice to pick the candy I wanted to send so I could send her favorite. Overall though experience great.

Quick, easy to use, decent prices for same day delivery. --- Is how I felt until I found out the order was not going to be fufilled on the day I selected. This was for my mother's birthday and I would have ordered from somewhere else or paid more to be sure that they would be delivered on her actual birthday not 2 days later. Not a happy customer.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
