Flowers were not delivered on the same day per my request. Recipient received them after her birthday. That was dissapointing. I spoke to customer service rep who offered a 20 percent credit off of my order which was considerate of her, and a $50 gift card for future purchase. I have not received an email on that yet so i will wait a few days to see if i receove something.

The flowers I chose were stargazer lilies, the picture and description said stargazer lilies but what the recipient received was some other kind of pink hot house lily, not stargazers. Very disappointed because stargazers are the recipient's favorite flower which is why i ordered those, but you didn't send the right flower.

Offered paypal as a payment option, but I couldn't get that to work. Other than that it's ok. Flowers were delivered in the morning, which was what I wanted. They were very fresh and looked just like what I ordered.
The flowers delivered were not near the ones that I was supposed to have paid for. There are two roses in the arrangement. I am not satisfied and I have a pic for you to have a look at.

Not satisfied. It looked like they just threw some red carnations, green and yellow daisies in a vase and tied some ribbons on it. Didn't look like the picture at all, maybe they got some of the colors right but I could have picked these out of my garden and done the same. I paid for a more professional flower arrangement

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
