I have used you numerous times and am very satisfied with the service you provide.
I was very dissatisfied with my purchase. The flowers were NOT delivered the same day, as requested and as paid for in this purchase. The customer service woman I spoke to during the evening of the day my order was placed was not very courteous or helpful to answer my questions and address my concerns. She basically told me there was no way that she could help me and to wait and see if they would be delivered still that night. She suggested that I could call the hospital (which I did before I called the help number) and inquire. Or wait and call again the next morning. When I asked her why I paid additional money to have the flowers delivered in the same day she simply said "I don't know what to tell you". The flowers were eventually delivered the next day, but not the same day as was advertised and paid for. I was extremely disappointed and will not use this company again.
The extra added fees for same day delivery were a bit high. Especially when you advertise that you can do same day delivery on your website.
Otherwise, my friend loved her flowers and they were delivered very quickly after I ordered them.

Processing fee was quite high- nearly half the cost of the product! But I appreciate the fast service.
I ordered from the "same day delivery" sympathy selections. I paid extra for same day delivery. However, my grieving elderly mother was called and she was advised she could pick up the flowers OR wait for the next day delivery! On the next day, she was told they would "try" to deliver the flowers or she could "just come in and pick them up!"(She lives IN town -- not out in the boondocks!) I called From You Flowers (my carrier) and complained. They did refund my same day fee...and guess what? Mother's flowers were delivered within the hour! Mother said the flowers are pretty and fresh but VERY poor service and poor attitude toward an elderly grieving woman. From You Flowers should replace or reprimand that florist!
The recipient was thrilled and said they were beautiful. That is all that matters.

Last minute order for a friends birthday, same day delivery worked out great. Only disappointment was the additional charge not advised until the very end.

The handling fee really slaps you at the end. Not sure I'll come back because I was excited and it seemed like a last minute addition. Not mentioned until you completed your order and have invested time in it. Good for your business but ooor customer service. A little deceiving.

The flower arrangements are beautiful and the price is fair. That is what I wrote until I saw the flowers at the funeral. They were beautiful. The arrangement was small though...and I did not think they were worth what we paid.
