I ordered a beautiful birthday bouquet with the birthday balloon and hoped it would be as pretty as the online picture. That same afternoon I got a phone call from my delighted daughter thanking me for her "beautiful birthday bouquet and balloon!". Thank you for helping me share some joy on her special day!

The flowers I ordered are listed as 27.99. When you check out it lists them as 34.99 and a Bing discount of $7, making them 27.99. It should be $7 off the 27.99 price. The arrangement would have been bigger if I ordered the 34.99 arrangement and then got $7 off.

I was very dissatisfied with my purchase. The flowers were NOT delivered the same day, as requested and as paid for in this purchase. The customer service woman I spoke to during the evening of the day my order was placed was not very courteous or helpful to answer my questions and address my concerns. She basically told me there was no way that she could help me and to wait and see if they would be delivered still that night. She suggested that I could call the hospital (which I did before I called the help number) and inquire. Or wait and call again the next morning. When I asked her why I paid additional money to have the flowers delivered in the same day she simply said "I don't know what to tell you". The flowers were eventually delivered the next day, but not the same day as was advertised and paid for. I was extremely disappointed and will not use this company again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
