Great delivery time! I had forgot it was my mother in laws birthday and we live in Louisiana. Our shipment came from NJ once I ordered it at 2:35om and it got to her house in Kentwood, La by 12:03pm, the day of her birthday! She loved the arrangement of chocolate covered strawberries with brownie pops and was so excited! Thank you and your company for helping make my mother in laws birthday a great one
I paid extra to get the order delivered on Thursday June 25, the order was delivered on Friday June 26.
I feel you owe me my extra money back since the delivery was one day late.
Easy on line order placing. Customer service was able to assist me in switching the delivery date selected. Flowers were gorgeous.
My girlfriend overall loved the flowers but she did see a few brown spots on them and said they were very delicate
The arrangement was suppose to come with a Bird of Paradise. It came with an Orchid, instead.
Flowers received look almost like the ones in the pictures on site, but they don't seem as big as they should. I chose the biggest option but it still seemed a bit small in reality. Also, for the flowers I chose I couldn't select delivery until noon, not sure why and I was a bit concerned about the delivery time, but I contacted support via chat and they've sent a request to flowers provider to deliver before the hour I specified and it all worked out in the end. Thanks very much to help provided by support team!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
