Flowers were delivered one day late. Tulips look not so fresh probably because they were not delivered on time. Hopefully they will survive.I was especially disappointed since my birthday was yesterday...and there was no communication that the delivery was going to not be on time. Not likely to order from your company again especially if I need to make sure that my flowers arrive in a timely manner.

I never got to see the size of the bouquet, but I was told that it was very small. I thought that it would've been a bigger or decent sized arrangement after upgrading to the deluxe arrangement.
I have ordered from here once before and it was a great experience. I got a confirmation text with my order and that was an awesome customer service perk.

The arrangement was very different from the photo. The photo had all very unusual flowers. That is what made it special and different. When it arrived at the funeral families home, it was pretty but had gerber daisies and roses which the original arrangement did not show. If I had wanted everyday flowers I would have chosen a different arrangement. Please don't show something that cannot be replicated. Very deceiving to the consumer. Thank you. Barbara White
The flowers received were very pretty but did not look anything like the ones I thought I ordered. I ordered purple and lavendar colored flowers and got pink and green.
My 7-year-old grandson loved the balloon bouquet and the stuffed tiger that went with it.
The flowers were nice, just not the pink I saw online and would have made another choice. Other than that the item was nice and well received.
Paid extra for same day delivery which turned out to be next day after 2 pm. Not sure I needed to pay for that. Roses and lilies are beautiful but blue accents were weak. Next test is will they last a while but seemed to cheer mom up. Decent product for the money.

1st time sending flowers online, reviews were very good. I sent my daughter in FL. The sweet devotion arrangement for her BD. She sent me a photo, it was exactly as viewed online w/approx. 4-5 roses. She loved it & I was relieved that it wasn't a disappointment. She said the arrangement lasted about a wk. Delivery was on time. Very Satisfied Customer! Will use again
