I picked an item that was same day. For whatever reason it couldn't be delivered same day. I did receive am email but I would have preferred a phone call and maybe we could have chosen a different item that was same day. I was refunded for the shipping though.

Very pleased with the delivery of the flowers! Would definitely order from here again! One thing is I wish the pricing was shown more up front for the add ons at the end. Could deter people like you're "hiding" prices from them. Show them what they are going to pay up front

I was going to order from another company, but they were going to charge $18.99 for delivery and services on a $20.00 order. I am glad you don't try to cheat your customers with hidden fees. Also, my sister sent a picture of the flowers when she received them, and they are beautiful! I am very pleased with my purchase.

Worst experience I have ever had ordering flowers. Placed the order on the 8th to be delivered by noon on the 9th to my daughters office for her birthday even paid the extra money to have delivered by noon. Called and confirmed with company will be there by noon, the company could not get an answer from the floral shop where the flowers were ordered. Called back at 2:10 still no flowers. Cancelled the order within 10 minutes flowers showed up and does not look like what I ordered. The first customer rep was nice the second young lady was rude acted like it bothered her for me to call. Spoke with supervisor he apologized. The issue is they wanted to call my daughter to get her address to deliver at her home. WOW what a surprise that would be. Not pleased with this company.

Shipping/delivery fee is way too expensive. I don't think that the shipping costs should be almost parallel to the flowers. I understand flowers come in various prices but shipping costs need to be lowered or even a set price all around.
