The flowers I ordered were for my Granddaughter's birthday; they were delivered on the day I requested and it was done in a timely manner. I ordered a bouquet of roses and calla lilies. She just told me on the phone that the calla lilies were beautiful but the roses were "tired" looking and almost dead. Not what I expected for the money I spent. I am very disappointed and will probably look elsewhere the next time I need to order flowers.

Couldn't see initially why the third order was being rejected as information too small for my tablet (apparently only more expensive flowers could be delivered to this particular address). Corrected on 3rd attempt but international order has taken ages to do - I am in England.

Otherwise a good site once I got used to navigating it. E-mail following day stated flowers had been delivered but I haven't heard what the quality was like, so guessed!

Every time I've ordered flowers from your site, I've been 100% satisfied! The arrangements are beautiful is what I've been told by the one's who are receiving them. The birthday cakes are exquisite and I am so happy to have seen them! I am now adding to this last comment... my first daughter back in January loved her birthday cake! Today, my second daughter loved her birthday cake! The flowers I've been told in this cake, are just beautiful! I'll be ordering again!

Quick, easy and very affordable, we'll have to see how the delivery goes but so far so good

The flowers my daughter received looked nothing like the picture, was very disappointed. I like sending her flowers for her birthday since she is 8 hours away so I can't spend her birthday with her. I thought the picture vase would be different and it was but the flowers were really tacky. Not cut for the vase, leaves had holes in them.

I greatly dislike that you do not mention or otherwise "include" the service/processing fee into the price of your product. Having it added at the very end of the checkout process is annoying and I would have stopped shopping and went elsewhere had I not been pressed for time.

Never again for me. Here's why:

-- from a $19.99 Google search -- to ( $34.99! Seriously):

​By the time you're done w/Service and handling (What does it even mean? Why is it not included? You will not deliver a dozen roses next day... Why, may I ask?) = $63, More than 3 times (!) and Far from the $20 bait, don't you think? ​

At the end I did get the smaller dozen only set. I thought you charged extra for shipping a bigger than dozen?

​And you seriously expect a customer to recommend you or come back?! Disappointed...
