I got these as a thank you gift, requested balloon that said "Thinking of you", the one that arrived with flowers said "Best Wishes". If what I requested was not available then I should have been notified. Unfortunately due to circumstances "Best Wishes" was not appropriate. However I was told the flowers were very pretty and for this I thank you.
FromYouFlowers is Terrible! My Wife was supposed to receive a beautiful Boquet of Red Roses & White Lilies at her work for Valentines Day. She received Red & Pink Roses which were wilting and never bloomed. They sent them to a Warehouse for her work which she had to go pick up. When I emailed a complaint it took over a week for a response. But they did send multiple responses my email and phone. They offered to reimburse me half my cost and gave me a $15 coupon. My cost was $60.60 and they only reimbursed me $15.00 and the coupon is worthless because I will never use their services again!

I ordered a white bouquet of mixed flowers. The actual bouquet was all white but didn't look much like the one I ordered. Because it was delivered to a friend and I have only seen a photo I can't say exactly what the flowers were but I know it did not look like the one in the original ad.

The bouquet was very good in terms or price and quality. Vase was ok. However the Mylar balloon picture in the website was misleading. I expected a big one, and instead of that I got one that's very small.

The floral arrangement was nice and fresh, I paid 6.00 for 2 latex balloons and the helium was old I guess because the balloons were not even floating. They were just resting on the desk when she set them on her desk. This is pretty upsetting.
