Trying to get the delivery fee paid was a pain. All my information kept disappearing and then you sent me an email for the delivery fee and I kept getting error messages and couldn't get into site for discount. Finally got through on phone but had to enter all info again though I had saved to cart. Very frustrating
Saw the same day delivery was available and chose it only to find out later that day it was not.

Very disappointed that this is the 3rd time I have ordered from you for same day and time delivery and again disappointed. This order was delivered 2 days after I ordered.

These guys are such a scam! I'm saddened that I didn't do the research, ruined the surprise, ruined the holiday, really messed up company. Shame on Google for allowing these guys to make an ad; there have to be standards...
Anyway, I hope this deters someone from making the same mistake I did. Total Scam!

Super fast and easy - I really like the ease of ordering online and how fast it is available. My only disappointment was how misleading the picture was. In person, the arrangement was MUCH smaller than expected!

I didn't see the arrangement so I'm assuming it was pretty. I do wish there was a text or email that let me know the party received the arrangement. Kind of strange having to ask the person if they got your gift to them.

Shipping was very high. Was trying to save money and got whammed at the end
The person I sent them to sent me a picture...they were ok. BUT did not look like what I ordered
They were supposed to be delivered march 7th but weren't delivered till the 8th very disappointed
Only issue is that the delivery/handling and other fees do not show up until the very, very end of the order process so the price turns out to be 40% more than I anticipated while going through the process. Feels a little bait and switch-ish.
Product is great looking and was right on time but I will look around elsewhere when ordering next time as I did not like how it felt to be hit with that at the end of the order process.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
