I love this site and have been happy so far (I will know more tonight when I get home and see the flowers I sent to my in-laws for their 54th Anniversary). However, when I enter my personal email address it tells me it's not a valid address...it is. Instead I have to use my work email and I don't like to do that.

The picture of the product was beyond deceiving! I ordered the premium spa package not the two cheaper ones! Only 2 tea bags and no full sized items as pictured! Was happy with a prior order so I ordered again... Will not order following this disappointment of a gift basket. Could've made one cheaper and nicer myself. So disappointed.

Price showed a vase and then when got to order, there was an extra charge for vase. Also, I ran Google search for free shipping and site came back in results but price had shipping. Lastly, said 20% discount but price shown included discount so do not feel like I got a discount.

I was dumb enough to order from these folks without doing research. The first thing is that the price in the cart was different than advertised but I am very much in love so I felt that he was worth it. So i received the order confirmation and waited... waited... waited. NOTHING my guy never received flowers or the balloon but then I got an "delivery" confirmation with no signature or date/time stamp. So i called and the woman stated that the status is delivered. I asked who signed and what time. She told me that info was not available and that she would contact the florist that delivered, so I asked her for the name and she said she couldn't give that to me for confidential reasons. I found that odd as they have all my info and my MONEY. After not getting a call from my guy I was suspicious... so I contacted my bank to reverse the charges. F-ing Crooks ruined the end to an amazing weekend.
