The vase that was delivered was short, brown and plain. What was delivered was less-than-half bloomed delphinium and rose/mauve colored roses. There was a specific reason I went with a purple theme. Since I wasn't given the option to add delivery instructions, I had to call them and ask for an early delivery, and give them instructions for entering the hospital. Neither made it to the driver. I am very disappointed with the experience altogether and it definitely wasn't worth the $$
Processing fee was a little high but lower than seen on similar sites. Processing fee seems to add to the advertised price, making advertised price a little misleading.
The delivery time was spectacular! They delivered fast - earlier than I expected with no added fee! The flowers were beautiful and my Mom loved them!
