The plant delivered looked like it was thrown together and a ribbon with a starfish glued on. It looked cheap for the $75.00 I paid. California has much higher wages than we do here in Missouri and the extra fees were way more than a $20.00 plant + delivery should cost.

The service fee is rather deceptive but with a google discount it is only 3.00. The flowers were ordered early in the morning for a same day delivery but unable to be delivered until the following day :( arrangement is beautiful as promised... smaller then what was ordered. I feel the item should have been bigger...
This is the only online flowers I use after having bad experiences with other companies. I have had problems with other companies where they charged for same day delivery and it did not arrive the same day. One company sent a completely different flower arrangement then the one i paid for. Also i do not like when they call before the delivery i like my recipient to be surprised so calling to tell them they have flowers on the way defeats the purpose. With fromyouflowres.com I have yet to have any of these problems and will definitely be using them for all my flower needs. Very much appreciated.

FromYouFlowers sent me an email telling me they were unable to deliver flowers to a funeral as they were unable to locate a florist to deliver them on time.
The biggest problem -- I received this email 5 HOURS AFTER the funeral was scheduled to start. No excuse! I placed the order 2 days prior. Should have let me know sooner so I could make other arrangements. What a shame!
