I ordered my aunt a dozen roses, with chocolates and a teddy bear. Her husband recently passed away and for her birthday he would have flowers delivered to her. I did this because it's her first birthday alone. I paid quite a bit for this. I am extremely unimpressed that they are being shipped by ups. For the price I paid I could have had them delivered from a local florist in her town. I wanted her to feel special having flowers delivered. Not by ups. That is so impersonal and generic. I have ordered from you before and had i known this I wouldn't have ordered again. You have taken the special feeling out of a beautiful box of flowers being delivered. I feel I have wasted $70. The point was to make her feel special. I could have had ups deliver anything. You have lost a customer and I'm now sorry that I have recommended your company to other people.

Expensive handling charge
I was pleased til conforming my order. The price almost doubled! My order only kinda looked like the picture. They put way to much greenery (filler). Had the look of someone who didn't care. Just plopped everything at once into the vase.
