Not impressed at all! I paid extra for a vase and it was a paper insert would not have paid extra for that if I would have known. When they delivered them to my wife's work they asked for my name not hers? So they almost weren't delivered? If I would have known they were coming in a box not put together I would have had them delivered to my house and taking them to her myself. Will never order from you again...
The first order didn't go so well, they forgot the birthday balloon for my Mom's 85th birthday. I am hoping this birthday delivery will be better.

I don't normally do this, but this time, I feel I need to so to help the next poor soul who might be desperate and think they've found luck with this floral company. I placed a same day order and they charged my credit card. When I went to check, after hearing it hadn't been delivered, the website said it would be delivered the following day (it was already 6:30 p.m. though on that day and no flowers). I called and was told they weren't able to do a same day delivery b/c the florists were booked. I asked about the delivery that day and they had no answer and had no idea why it said it would be delivered today because they show that it needs to be cancelled, they were just waiting for me to call them "back" (though they NEVER called to tell me there was an issue) to cancel the order. So... I was magically supposed to know the order wasn't going to be filled then call them to cancel, even though THEY KNEW THEY COULDN'T FILL AND HAD ALREADY CHARGED ME... AND HAD TO GET MY APPROVAL TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE ORDER THEY DECIDED THEY COULDN'T FILL! What if I had never called to check? And the moment they knew they couldn't fill the order and were going to cancel vs. work out a new date, they should have credited my account! When I did call, they canceled the order entirely. No offer for a discount for the inconvenience but still deliver - nope. I was out of luck. They had no problem charging my card, knowing full well they couldn't deliver, but had to get approval to credit my account (which I won't know if that happened for a few days still). When they canceled the order, it deleted the whole thing as if it never existed, so its a good thing I wrote down the order # in case it didn't appear. And the rep with whom I spoke apologized but sounded annoyed at having to deal with me and like I was out of line being upset (even though she said "I understand you're frustrated". No, not frustrated - I'm MAD!) How can it be legal to confirm a same day delivery and charge my account, knowing full well they couldn't deliver on their end of the contract, then have to get approval to credit my account?! They said they called me - they didn't. They said the emailed me - they didn't. Because of their false promises, feelings for the person receiving the flowers will be hurt b/c she doesn't know why they weren't there on time... So they ruined my Saturday night, they hurt my family member's feelings- someone who has been in the ICU for a week and just got out, and they made me mad enough to write this - which takes a LOT!
Bottom line; they lie... I will never visit their site again.
Could not have been a better experience
I wasn't able to check out with Paypal. It kept kicking it out as a possible payment form without any error messages. It was difficult know if the payment went through so I needed to process with cc. The flower arrangement was lacking, too many unbloomed flowers in the center so the arrangement looked like there was a big patch of green in the center.
I liked how the google discount was automatic. Good prices. Thr flowers arrived early. They were just the right balance between full blooms and ready to bloom.
I just hope the bouquet is as represented on the site.
These flowers were sent to my aunt for her 90th birthday so I was not able to actually see them. She said they were very nice.
It was quick and easy to order. Very nice selection and I was satisfied with the delivery. I ordered it on the same day it was delivered.

The standing spray was beautiful for our daughter's funeral.
I really enjoyed ordering from the site, but the flowers on the site were slightly more inviting then the ones I actually got. Customer service did help me out with lots of help and apologies, would order again.

Disappointed that I wasn't notified until late in the day that delivery would not be possible until the following day. I used your service due to the same dsy delivery advertisement. The flowers were received a day later than indicated when I placed the order.

The persistency to make comments or rates are not adequate or appropriate for the purchaser to answer if it was not delivered to them. The survey should be more geared to the recipient and how they liked what they received.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
