Very quick and easy but even though they tried to create the bouquet as close to the picture it was dissappointing to see that even a deluxe selection was just roses and looked nothing like the picture even the vase was clear and not the color I hoped it would be. Not likely to purchase again from them.

I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday and they couldn't be delivered same day for some reason so they missed her birthday. They were delivered today and they are plants, not even beautiful flowers!

My daughter loved her flowers. She sent me a picture, they were bright and fresh looking! The balloon and ribbons were well done and were a variety of colors. The card was hand written and easy to see.

The first time I paid extra form guaranteed morning delivery and they weren't delivered until 2:30 in the afternoon and this time it is a totally different arrangement. I ordered the (Sweetest Surprise) and what i got was exactly that...a surprise.
