Arrived very late in evening but great
I was not the recipient I was the Sunder but the recipient in another state did send me a picture and they look beautiful although they were delivered quite late on the day of her birthday it was after 6 PM

Quick and easy. Only complaint was they waited till the last minute to deliver the flowers. I was starting to wonder if they were gonna show up and they came right in the last 15 minutes of delivery window. Very pretty flowers though and very easy to order

I requested delivery for the next day, paid extra for next day and it did not get delivered until the 2nd day. Then it was delivered at or around 6 pm. The flowers were okay. Nothing spectacular. The delivery person could not find the house and I had to have the recipient call them to tell them where to go. Never again.

You make it hard to understand the final price and it's a shame. Also you did not mention the vase was included, which was great! Over all I was very satisfied with the service.
The flower arrangement was very small compare to the picture. Missing some flowers variety. At least there were delivered on time.
Great experience! Although, the birthday balloon was camouflage, which I didn't ask for. And the arrangement looked different than the picture. Other than that, everything was great.
I had to think about whether I really wanted to place my order after I found out that the processing fee was $14.99. The processing fee was only revealed just before paying for the order. In addition, although the flowers were delivered in a timely manner, the recipient had no idea who had sent them. The Get Well card with our name was not delivered with the flowers. This caused unnecessary concern and confusion for the recipient who is elderly and suffering from cancer. She had to call the florist in order to find out who had sent the flowers. Fortunately, she felt the flowers were absolutely beautiful.

I bought this for my elderly Aunt. I have yet to buy her anything she liked. So I was hesitant especially since my last flower delivery failed miserably. She called to say she received it early (before 6pm) and that "It is beautiful!" first time ever and I have been trying for years. It was worth the money.
I ordered a succulent plant for my sisters birthday and y'all couldn't fulfill that so you sent her an arrangement instead which is fine but when you all called me to make sure that was I specified that no pink flowers should be put in it but low and behold there were pink flowers in it. It's not the end of the world just a little annoying
