Could not deliver my flowers on the same day. If they can't promise same-day delivery, they shouldn't advertise this on their site.
I've used this company before several times in fact but this is the last straw. I am laid off but had 2 lifelong best friends celebrating birthdays in March. So I ordered a month head right when I was laid off. I ordered Friday for a Saturday birthday. Nothing even thought they've been sitting in her town since 4am Saturday morning. In her state since Friday EARLY morning. It is hot there. I'm sure they are in terrible shape at this point. In Feb same thing happened when a California friend sent me flowers for Valentines and arrived 2 days later. They need to stop or VASTLY VASTLY improve their delivery system. I'll end up losing 75.00. Will post pics should they ever arrive.
The flowers that I ordered are not the same that my friend receive at all. Horrible service. They hung up on my twice. Not ordering from you again!

Since I'm in a different state, I didn't see the flowers in person. Don't know how they looked. I haven't heard from the recipient since she is in the hospital, unable to call me. That being said, ordering and price, overall better than some I checked.

The picture online is way prettier than what was delivered. I chose the middle range and expected to be just as full but it was full of greenery not all the pink - the reason I chose it the arrangement. Sorry but can't rate this my favorite...even with discount!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
