It was mostly white with very little purple. Not even the purple bow it was supposed to have! The bow was white. It was drab and lifeless. It was well below expectations considering it cost me over $100. My aunt loved purple - thus why I picked this item. Looked horrible with all the other beautiful sprays etc at the wake. Completely unhappy. Will never use again.

Only i didn't notice that there were handling charges anywhere until it was in my order breakdown...14.99? Here in england, its usually included in the price of the bouquet so probably why i was surprised!

Very easy. No complications or computer glitches! The order that I placed was for a friend. She received the basket the same day as promised, and I am very pleased with that. I was not, however, pleased with the contents of the basket. The basket I chose in the picture had more fruit on it. To be honest with you, I feel that the basket I received, based on the amount of fruit on it, was over-priced. I would probably not recommend you to anyone else. Sorry
I am disappointed bananas were not included with the order. My dad just had surgery and I ordered this since bananas were in the picture. He said there were apples and oranges. Thank you for the prompt delivery and they were very happy to receive the gift package but no bananas. Andrea.

I didn't like that fact that I choose one item but when I got ready to process my order it always selected deluxe. When you are ordering you want what you want. Then the surprise sameday2.99 fee plus handling fee of 14.99 all this shoulder be seen up front. Also I ordered one item but got something totally different wasn't happy about that.
The experience is ok...I use you regularly as my children are in the States. I do however find your bonuses difficult (impossible) to work out. I never seem to be able to collect points or bonuses I earn from prior orders. I trust that you apply them as appropriate.

4/25/17... I am beyond words infuriated! I ordered a satin pillow with flowers for my mother in laws casket. It was to be delivered to the funeral home the only day of the viewing. It never made it. I called at 330pm and was told it was out for delivey. At 630pm I called back, this time they claimed the florist was closed. How do you explain to your children that there won't be flowers for their grandmother from them because they could not deliver this on time. It isn't a birthday where you can deliver it late. You cannot absolutely make this up to them!. I am beyond words disgusted with this company. Why are you playing with people's emotions? It's horrific! I did use PayPal and received an email stating I would be refunded my $$. I would not recommend this business to anyone EVER! By the way, they did not offer any apologies for anything or even a solution to the issue. Please do not do business with them, if you value your hard earned cash and want professionalism! I couldn't give a minus zero for rating! They truly don't deserve a single star.
They were delivered to the apartment building but the apartment number was not on the envelope and it was given to them, so the flowers sat in office for a day until we called and had her pick up.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
