Placed multiple orders for the same work address, for the same day delivery. Was surprised when one order arrived one day early, delivered by a local florist. The rest of the order arrived on the scheduled day, a few were shipped, others were delivered by two different local florists. Order was for employee appreciation week, it would had been nice if all orders could have been delivered at the same time. Otherwise no issues.
Would not use your company again. Flowers were delivered almost a week early and ruined my daughter's surprise that was supposed to be for her 40th birthday

All recipients have been so pleased with their flowers! The flowers that were delivered today were NOT the ones I ordered at all. The customer service rep was most helpful, gave me a discount and promised to have the flowering plant I ordered delivered tomorrow. The plant received by my recipient was not a flowering plant and we were very disappointed, however we were pleased with the promise of a discount and a new delivery of the kind of flowering plant we did order. Thank you.
I would give 5 stars on the last 2 except I've had problems with my last two order. This last order went very smoothly. Since I chose the smallest florist's choice arrangement, as well as used a $20.00 gift certificate, I did not expect much in the way of what would be delivered. Still, it was a nice assortment of flowers, including four tulips in a clear vase.
