The flowers were delivered the same day but didn't look at all like the picture of flowers I ordered. After emailing the company they said they would redeliver. The second delivery came and the flowers were the color I originally ordered but the recipient said they looked as if they were just put hurriedly in a vase. They still looked nothing like the picture I ordered from, and the vase wasn't the same, but the second time the color was better.

My wife loved the arrangement and the vase they came in so I guess that's all that matters.
But I was shocked by the last minute $15 service handling charge that was added to my order on the very last page of checkout. Also, I personally do not feel like the arrangement was worth the $45 I spent and I doubt that my wife would approve if she found out how much they were either.

Ordered the premium florists choice same day delivery and was not happy with what arrived! It did get there in less then 4 hours. Called and told them I was unhappy and they gave me a 15 gift card, refunded the delivery fee, and sent new flowers the same day. I was sketched out after I read the reviews but I had a very positive experience with them.
I will absolutely shop fromyouflowers again. The prices were great, the flowers fresh and the service time was on the mark. Thank you!

Service and delivery were excellent. My sister-in-law said that the flowers were lovely. Without seeing a photo, I really can't confirm this. You may want to consider including a photo of the arrangement(s) along with the confirmation email - great way to know what was actually purchased and delivered.
Very pleased with your flower selection
Very easy to order. I called and asked for 4:15pm business delivery deadline and they called the florist, and it was approved. My wife actually received them around 2pm at her office, so even earlier - and she said they were beautiful. Only slight 'con' was handling fee was a bit more than I expected but I was already at the point of approving the order so I went ahead. Overall - a very good customer experience.
The basket was pretty small for being "premium". I asked for an Anniversary Mylar, and they attached a smiley face Mylar?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
