This was the third time that my order was messed up. I ordered Florist picked selection in a basket for an Anniversary with a Happy Anniversary balloon.
The flowers came in a vase first without a ballon. Then the flowers had to be delivered the following day correctly with a balloon.
Ruined Anniversary surprise...very dissapointed
Very good. If you would advise the handling fees & tax earlier in the process it'd help with order selection; it'd help to know that there'll be about $15 to add to the price of the flowers. Otherwise, terrific!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
