If you can't get product. It deletes your gift card you wrote and you have to start over. Frustrating. However the product came on time. My sister in law loved it. First order to come on time and correctly. I will say when they make an error they fix it. I will order again
The picture of the vase was different than the one that was actually received. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. If the vase was the same as in the picture, I would have given 5 stars all around.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
