The flowers I ordered and the flowers my friend received (she sent me a picture) are not the same. It appears the quantity of the bouquet is a lot less than what I ordered.

I like this much better than 1-800-flowers
Considering I ordered them the day before, and it was a one day wake, I thought they would have been delivered in the morning. They got there just in time for the evening session. That was a bit of a disappointment.
$15 for handling fee, on top of another three dollars for same day delivery is a bit much, considering I ordered them the afternoon before.

This is the first time I ordered from your company. I ordered with you because you guaranteed same day delivery within 4 hours. I paid extra for the delivery. The flowers were not received by my mom until 1230p the next day. She was in the hospital which is why they may have been slow on the delivery, but it was verified they did not arrive the same day as I ordered them.
In addition, the ad does not state anything about a handling fee and it is not seen until you are all the way thru the order process.

YOUR HANDLING FEES ARE FAR TOO EXPENSIVE. I NORMALLY USE A COMPANY WITH SAME DAY DELIVERY WITH NO HANDLING OR DELIVERY FEES BUT TRIES YOUR COMPANY BASED ON A FRIENDS RECOMMENDATION. I WAS IN A HURRY & could not go through the process again with another company. Th3n the flowers were not delivered on the day re1uested after I paid for same day delivery. The worst service
Everything was good until my daughter sent me a picture of the basket I ordered and it looked nothing like what I chose online. The basket online was beautiful and off white. My daughter received a dark brown Easter looking basket with a handle and grass under the candy. The candy bars were spaced very far apart and just looked like a kid made it. If I would have known that It wouldn't look anything like the online picture then I would have made myself. Not sure what florist sent this out but didn't do a very good job on this particular item.

I ordered and upgraded my bouquet and my mom ordered a similar bouquet that was far cheaper and the side by side of the two orders was dramatic. As in mine looked basic and cheap and her order ($40 cheaper) looked like the premium upgrade I was shown in the picture and anticipated receiving... needless to say I was a bit disappointed in my purchase...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
