The bouquet in the pictures had many beautiful blue flowers surrounding the yellow roses, thus the name of Bright Blue skies. The yellow roses were in fact really beautiful, but the blue flowers were sparse around the roses. It didn't look as nice in person as it did in the photo.

I ordered two of the same item. They were European Garden flowers in a clear vase with a raffia bow wrapped around the vase. What we received was a purple vase. Not pretty with the flowers and I was very disappointed. The item received was not as pictured. Delivery was punctual, price was good. Still waiting for the flowers to open, a day after delivery.:-(
I originally tried ordering this bouquet and it came up at $27.99. When I got to the check out the price changed to $34.99. I called and the representative was not helpful. After canceling my order I get an email for free shipping which I opted to take. Why wouldn't the REP have offered this to me when I called? Just a poor customer experience.
I won't change my original experience but the product was what I expected and I was able to achieve the goal I was looking for which was to surprise my mom and put a smile on her face.
The online experience was easy and delivery as promised. Even though we ordered the premium size, we were disappointed with the sparse arrangement. The picture on the website looked fuller and the one we received had a lot of airspace. The size was as tall and wide so perhaps the arranger should compromise on the height and width instead of on the density of flowers. The flowers were beautiful, healthy, and smelled wonderful, but the arrangement was thinned out so it looked a bit awkward. It was less than excellent.

I paid a lot of money to have a certain type of flowers sent to my mother on her birthday, even paid extra to make sure they were delivered that day. She received the order 2 days later, and the flowers she received were nowhere near what I ordered. I will not be using this service again.
I don't like how the Expedited Service for $5 was automatically charged. I'm glad I saw it before finalizing my payment. I unchecked that box!
Sent a fruit and snack basket to my son as he prepared for his college final exams. He was thrilled with the basket -- it was a healthy and yummy snack - he doesn't eat candy so having the healthy option to last for 4 days was greatly appreciated. :)

I was disappointed in the flowers I order for delivery in Texas, I was not aware that they would be shipped in a box. It was a good thing that my sister-in-law was there to help. The recipient is in her 80's and would not have been able to put this display together without her help.
Handling expense is ridiculously high!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
