In regards to the "Florist designed birthday bouquet", I would suggest to pay extra for a bouquet that has an actual picture for reference. I read reviews about this bouquet and they were good. But the colors chosen for this bouquet were all over the place. One big bright yellow lily with red and white carnations, purple daisies, a few leatherleaf ferns and I believe some lemon leaf's. Honestly, it looked like they just threw in whatever extra they had laying around and put it in the vase and attempted to make it look nice. Luckily the person who received these liked them. I suggest to purchase a bouquet with a picture for reference and not let the florist design one for you. The price was great but the overall bouquet could have been better.

Delivery complaint - it was said that the flowers would be delivery with no contact but the driver waited at the door for someone to accept delivery. Driver no protective face covering, no social distancing. Drivers must be encouraged to respect social distancing and wear protective face covering for their safety and of your customers. Lastly not a great problem but the teddy bear was soaked with water from flower vase which had to be dried.

After the flowers were received, the recipient sent me a photo. The pot was a cheap plastic pot (rather than the glazed clay one pictured in the photo. This is quite disappointing for nearly $75 after shipping

There was no note or card so the recipient had no idea who had sent them until I called.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
