After the flowers were received, the recipient sent me a photo. The pot was a cheap plastic pot (rather than the glazed clay one pictured in the photo. This is quite disappointing for nearly $75 after shipping

Very disappointed...the plant was supposed to come in a butterfly dish planter and instead it was a cheap basket. Then I requested contactless delivery and was told that the person did a normal delivery- VERY UPSET WITH THIS.
My daughter loved the ladybug strawberries and card. She was very surprised Came right on time and top quality.

My sisters flower did look lile what I paid for and plus customer serice person I talk to previously said he would up grade and if he did it wasn't worth it.
I have ordered many flowers from so many different places and florist. For this special occasion I needed to buy tulips for my boyfriends moms birthday. I'm not super hard to satisfy but when I received these flowers they looked terrible. The leaves and bulbs themselves were overly in need of water and torn up. Living in Florida where the heat index is 100 degrees I would think they would have some type of way to put them in a kind of water towel at the end of the stems to survive the delivery process. I now have to go out and find another gift for his mom before tomorrow. I am very frustrated with this whole process. For the amount of money I payed for these flowers hoping to fall in love with this florist, I'm definitely unsatisfied.
The flowers i sent were supposed to be in a basket arrangement not a vase.i could have bought flowers at the store that looked better than them. They were in a cheap clear glass generic vase. I probably wouldn't use your service again. Im deeply saddened that my close friends got such a shotty bouquet.
Well I bought these chocolate covered birthday Oreos and sent them to my mother. She sent me a picture and it's not what was on the site. Everything was melted and squished so I guess maybe it could have at one time looked like what was on the site. She said there was an ice pack in the package but it was melted. She picked the package up right when it was dropped off so... there's that.
Although when I order flowers from the site, those arrive intact.
I ordered the deluxe flowers and they were nothing like what was on line. I am so disappointed. Had just 5 flowers and bunch of greenery. I am so upset and I upgraded my order and it look like nothing like the picture. So I am not impressed and I order flowers all the time but this was first time with your company
