The bouquet that I ordered did not look anything like the photo online. I know that when advertising it must appear great to attract customers however, in this instance I was completely appalled and extremely displeased.
Need a note on payment page that says "you still need to fill out name and address even if using paypal" - that took me awhile to figure out.
The order which arrived did not appear as it was presented in the picture. However, I realize supply is different in all florists.There were supposed to be sunflowers but there were not.
It looked like the flowers which were available were plentiful but could have been arranged differently.
Apparently the bow was crushed as well.
This was not a rushed order. I ordered 8 days previously so more care might have been taken with it.

Flowers were suppose to be red and pink roses they were all red, but it looked nice.
