The basket was quite expensive to not get what was ordered. The basket was filled with potato chips and not much else. It was not as represented on the website. I spent $80 for about 8 bags of potato chips and 3 balloons. The recipient has no idea the price paid and was happy to receive the basket. I feel mislead on this purchase.

I wasn't expecting to receive roses in a box with no water, warm and wilted looking. Accustomed to receiving floral "arrangements" from a florist with other adornment (greenery, baby's breath, etc.). For $32 (supposedly half price and free shipping), I received 12 roses with wilted leaves and several of the roses look damaged. The colors are pretty but there is nothing whatsoever that would cause anyone to come into my office and comment that the roses are pretty; plus they have no fragrance.

The website is pretty easy to follow, however that was not the issue I ordered on a Sunday with the idea that it would be delivered on Sunday it actually did not get delivered until Monday afternoon... Turns out that the florist that was picked first for the order did not respond and the customer service department ended up sending the order to a different florist then it was finally delivered. The person that received the flowers thought that they were beautiful. The issue really was the florist not the company.

The service fee was a bit of shock (almost the price of the flowers! I was very happy to get the discount but I was still a bit sckeptical about what was going to be delivered... the flowers were amazing! The plant arrangement received did not resemble the picture I chose. It was also smaller than expected. The metal decorative planter ended up being a wicker basket. Nothing was as expected. I was honestly disappointed.

I was so disappointed when I was told that the flowers we sent to a love one was left at their front door without notification. The party never uses their front door so the bouquet could have stayed there for a long time in the high temperatures without the party knowing. They should have received a telephone call from the local florist that a delivery was being made. That is no way to do business leaving flowers at a person's front door.

Great service with lots of beautiful flowers to choose from. Good communication from company when there was a problem about my same day delivery option. I was ordering from UK and suspect that with the time difference, I ordered too late for this option. Youflowers immediately refunded my additional charge for this service and the two bouquets that I ordered were delivered the next day. I will definitely use this company again.

At first I was impressed by the selection of same-day deliveries. As it turns out, apparently they think a "same-day" order makes it okay to throw in whatever flower is on hand, regardless of the order and the type of bouquet that was advertised.
I was okay with the price I paid for what I THOUGHT I would be getting (or rather giving). However, the "deluxe" bouquet my sister received did not satisfactorily resemble the photos from which I ordered. I ordered the Flower Fields bouquet in a mason jar, whose focal point (according to the pictures) is at least 3 sunflowers. My sister's bouquet had the same filler flowers, but instead of sunflowers, orange and yellow Gerbera daisies. Very disappointing, especially given how prominent the sunflowers were in the advertisement, and the fact that they were the reason I chose the bouquet! If I had it to do over, I would pick a quality bouquet from a company with integrity, and pay a comparable amount, even if it weren't delivered the same day. In addition, the handwriting on the note was astonishingly childlike. If you don't have people who can produce a decent handwritten note... even though it's their job... they should have enough respect for their work and clients to type it out or find another solution. The flowers did reach her on the same day, which I appreciate, but for all the care and $ I put into this order, I was not impressed.

Only downside is that I didn't like that i had to enter my billing info while using amazon pay...kind of ruins the point of using that service.
