Poorly arranged and not what I ordered. Will never use again.
I was happy with the delivery time but disappointed with the final product. I didn't think it was worth what I paid - even with the Google discount. The arrangement was much smaller than the upgrade sample picture showed. I could have pulled it together for about 15 dollars instead of paying 50. The handling fee was also fairly high for the service. However I will reiterate that I did like the convenience.

Ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mother's birthday, and paid for same day delivery. Received an email at 7pm telling me I had received a refund for same day delivery and that the florist was unable to complete the order.
The order was delivered the following day around 11am. I was very disappointed that the cost had already been charged to my card, and I was not notified until it was too late to arrange for an alternative that day.

I actually provided 2 methods of payment and learned after processing the entire order that preferred one was billed. Then I tried to call the toll-free number on the website to advise of a delivery address change and the number was wrong, had all sorts of ads on it and left me concerned that the change could be processed. Turns out I send an email and that is the only reason the order was delivered to the correct address. The process of ordering was a headache but the flowers are reportedly lovely.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
