Was glad to see all charges before confirming order. If product is satisfactory and delivery works well, will use again soon. The "after delivery" customer survey should include if flowers were sent to someone else as a gift, were they happy with the flowers.

Didn't get delivered til after 8pm and the flowers were advertised as blue but arrived purple. Still pretty and recipient loved them. But I had selected them specifically because they said they were blue.

I ordered a flower arrangement and paid the extra money to have them delivered by noon. They were delivered at 4pm. They looked nothing like the arrangement i ordered. The flowers were sloppy and the vase wasn't even close. I called customer service for the third time today and they put me on hold. After a 20 minute hold the gentleman i was talking to said he called the florist you use in my area and they said they felt the quality was fine. They said that the recipient said she wanted to keep them. I spoke to the girl I sent them too. She said the customer service agent was rude to her and made her feel like she was she had to keep them. I have been a customer for a few years and I will never use you again.

Not impressed with getting hit with a $15 handling fee after going through the entire checkout process. That's like half of what I'm paying for the actual flowers. Not OK.

I called and ordered sympathy flowers and were told by customer service they would be delivered the SAME day by 6pm. They were not delivered and I got no notification why. I called the next day to cancel the order and they said I ordered too late the day before and they were on the truck and heading for delivery so I couldn't cancel them. Would not trust this company with something so important again..

There is no prompting for considerations when ordering. Like deliver to back door, or should be left on front porch, etc. because I would have liked to note that my delivery should be delivered to back door not front door.
