Very intuitive website. I had to bump up my order by $10 to be delivered to my recipient address, but was not allowed to use add-ons, like balloons or chocolates to do that. Had to be flowers only. Not good! Then I find out that my friend received a mixed bouquet of various flowers...carnations, alstrameria, and something else when I had specifically ordered 2 doz. Assorted colors roses! WTH?!? So disappointed I cannot even speak about it! Never again will I use your willy nilly scammy set up...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
