I would give From You Flowers 5 stars, but they gave my HOME ADDRESS and information to a third party, and they gave it to MORE parties, who sent me spam in the mail. This was a huge infringement on my privacy. I can't believe they thought this was ok. Use huge discretion if ordering from, From You Flowers. I would encourage you to order from another flower company. They will give your personal information out. So out of order.
The services from you flowers was awesome. I had a peace lilly sent to a friend, who mother passed. The plant looked exactly like the picture on line. It was delivered the same day as well. I would definitely use the services again.

This is my second time ordering through YouFlowers. Overall experience excellent. Delivery was on schedule, the flowers were fresh and lovely (according to the recipient). One negative might be that I was offered a $12+ discount on my next order. When I went online to order again and picked an item to send, I was expecting to see the price reduced by the $12+ discount. It wasn't; the price shown was already reduced. This is not a problem per se, but it was confusing. Also, the flowers were left without ringing the doorbell or knocking. This family tends to go out through their attached garage rather than the front door. The flowers sat on their front porch for a full day before being discovered. BUT, they were still fresh and lovely.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
