Always the best except this order. I wanted flowers for our granddaughters graduation that we couldn't make because of date change. I was charged and told I would have them there. Did not get them until the next day. A bit disappointed

My order today I felt was not as large as I expected I believe I ordered the deluxe
I was actually looking to spend around 20 dollars per arrangement. I was limited to one choice. I liked the arrangements I sent because it came with the extras. I am an administrative coordinator for a small non-profit, I would have liked to of had more than one selection to choose from than an arrangement of roses. I did not think the roses where appropriate for the thank you I was sending.
Well I saw one price and when I checked out i saw a higher price. There was a handling charge what is that for

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
