I appreciate you following up on the order. I handled this purchase for my friend Janeanne who is in a nursing home. I called them and they received the flowers but were not taken to the third floor Nurses Station which is where they should be delivered. They do not allow anyone to go in so I'm sure they delivered to the front door, but they forgot to follow thru or didn't read the card for third floor Nurses.
This is a great site to order flowers from for all occasions.
The flower arrangement is for my husband's birthday. The first time giving him flowers on his birthday. Some of the flowers were crushed an the entire arrangement smelled like cigarettes it's disgusting. I'm very disappointed and will not order from you again. I've had issues with previous orders but decided to give you another chance. Never again.
So far fast and easy, I think they should let you know how much the shipping is ahead of time. That would be helpful in making a decision.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
