Flowers were late in the day delivered, about 7 in the evening. Was told the guy who delivered them went to the house but forgot to put the Oder in the delivery truck so had to go back to shop.
The recipient sent me a pic of the bouquet. The sunflowers had ferns in them not small green flowers like the picture. I also thought the bouquet vase was a metal tin and it just was a glass vase.

I've been ordering flowers for the last couple years. Every arrangement is a show stopper! Except, this arrangement was slightly past its peak.
When I placed the order it said my total cost including delivery was like $42.99 so something like that. When I was finished with all of the items to do online my card was charged something like $ 58.25? Not happy with the way it worked at all! This is the 2nd time that I was quoted a price from a floral place online and ended up paying over $15.00 more than the price indicated during the sign up sheet.
The flowers looked great, the checkout process was easy. It was a good experience.

The flower arrangement turned out beautiful and convenient delivery options! The prices are fairly reasonable too. The only thing that was a bit tacky was the hand written card and the handwriting wasn't that neat so I wasn't too pleased by that but overall I am pleased. I just would make sure the handwriting on the personal messages is either typed or written by someone with good penmanship.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
