Flowers were a birthday gift for my 87 year old mother. She loved them.
Didn't like that I had to order up to deliver to her address!
I am the new lead in office to order flowers. Per my co-worker, I thought there would be free shipping on our order?
The flowers were left on the front porch, and got overheated, so some of the flowers were a bit wilted.
The initial price was fine, however, with all the add on charges it was expensive for a small arrangement.
The flowers arrived late in the day. The flowers were not fresh and wilted looking. I placed two orders each with mylar balloon same recipient. They used the same balloon for each arrangement. Not impressed with the quality or care taken in the arrangement. The one order was a premium which looked more like a regular. I thought that using this company I might have a better experience than other online companies. I am not impressed. The costs were more than that of teleflora and 800flowers. High prices and poor quality not to mention poor customer service when I phoned to check the status of my order. Just canned answers and no care.
You asked me for a rating before the flowers were delivered. Not the way to do business.

The flowers were really beautiful but did not exactly look like what was advertised.
I really couldn't check the accuracy of the order in that it was delivered to an assisted living facility and the recipient confirmed that a delivery was made. She liked them. So I supposed that's really all that matters.

Here is my updated review: The person who received the flowers sent me a photo of the arrangement. I had paid for the premium (most expensive) arrangement and was very disappointed by the size. Though I realize that florists cannot duplicate the picture, the number and size of the flowers in the arrangement did not compare to what I ordered. It was much smaller than the picture and looked like the regular size, not the premium. It also looked like something I would put together in a vase, not something done by professionals. I was very disappointed.
What I did not like is I was charged the Week end Delivery Fee. So it should have been 1 week end delivery fee. Just because I ordered 2 items, I was charged 2 week end delivery fee. So, I was charged $ 68.00 for the week end delivery fee for 2 items +Shipping for 2 items+sales tax for 2 items.
There should be 1 week end fee +1 shipping fee for 2 items.
So, I feel I was over charged.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
