I ordered an arrangement for my sisters birthday on the morning of her birthday because they advertised same day delivery. Later that day I receive an email stating they cannot deliver. I call and was told, the local florist delivery in the am and i missed it. They took off the shipping charge, upgraded the order and said it would go out today. Today I get another email saying they could not deliver. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. After calling and trying to get a manager on the phone (never happened) I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. If you want your arrangement sent same day,,, DO NOT USE FROMYOUFLOWERS.

Happy with the product
There was no refrigerant included in the box to keep the flowers cool! The box arrived from FedEx with an internal temperature of 84 degrees (as registered by an infrared thermometer).
The picture vase wasn't properly setup and took the recipient 20 minutes to get placed correctly.
Service Charges seemed on the high side.

They did not call my daughter who was receiving the flowers, just left on the steps. Luckily she was home but I would have been disappointed if they had sat outside in the heat all day.
I ordered flowers for my daughter and paid the extra to have them there by 12:00pm. I called them several times and not only did I have to wait on hold for a long time, I was disconnected several times. When I finally got through to someone he put me on hold to call the florist who could not even give me an answer of what time they would be there. All they could offer me was the $4.99 back. I explained my daughter was leaving earlier hence the reason I paid for this service. I didn't want the money back I wanted the flowers delivered. Nobody apologized and still did not get them when I was supposed to. I will never order from here again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
