I was rather disappointed that my order was not delivered by the date that I received a confirmation for. It was a special order for a dear friend who had a family member pass away, and I expected she would receive the flowers the same day...as was confirmed in my order.

I received a call from the florist late on the day before delivery asking me when she could get in to the church to make the delivery. There was miscommunication between family members and I did ask for the flowers to be delivered to the funeral home. However, the florist was correct to deliver to the church because the viewing was held there. Thank you for delivering to the proper place.
The arrangement was not as full as the picture provided. Since there was no option of "supreme or bonus" arrangement I was expecting it to look like the picture.

Well, perhaps some people send flowers to themselves, but mostly to others. The questions should refer to whether the intended person(s) received the orders, not the sender.
Other than chocolate candy being sent to someone in Texas that was melted when they got it, I have had no problems with delivery or anything else

I placed an order at 10am on Monday for a friend. Received a call at 3:15pm stating there were no local florist who could deliver the flowers (like really) I live in the city with plenty of floral shops. Any who they told me they would deliver them first thing in the morning. Needless to say that did not happen. Call them five times over a period of time and they kept giving me the run around. My friend did receive the flowers that day at 7:45pm, and the flowers came from a shop that is an hour away. Like really, and they were not what I order. Called and advise them that I was not happy and I wanted a full refund of my money. They did refund my money. I will NEVER order from them again. I will stick with Proflowers.
Flowers arrived on time with email confirmation, which for a person thousand miles away is a very important detail. This site has proven to be the perfect choice for what I needed.

However, I chose the deluxe florist designed bouquet which I expected to be handcrafted with a unique touch, but instead got a bouquet of just one flower (lilies) in various colors. I hope next time when choosing a florist designed bouquet, that the florists understand that these are supposed to be unique, and not one that is plain and could have been picked out from the website.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
