This is my 2nd order hoping item arrives as depicted this time but the ordering was easy (customer service did take care of past issue with items looking different so I still gave five stars) item arrived as depicted style/color. Wife was very happy and surprised. I thought item was coming from a florist instead delivered in a box. Took away some of the wow factor.

After receiving the flowers they were not up to par at all. For the price i paid, I could have gone to a supermarket and gotten way more lovelier flowers and cheaper! I purchased the premium thinking it was the best and it would be a really lovely bouquet but what I received was the regular value. The flowers also were not like the picture at all. They added other flowers to the bouquet that I did not like. I will no longer be purchasing from this site. It's better to go to a vons or local flower shop and get a more beautiful set of flowers for cheaper.

Complete transaction was successful and fast... Just expected a little different look, but it got the job done
Well as far as what I thought I was ordering, I didn't get. I probably could have gone to the cemetery and robbed a grave and smashed into a container and called it anything but what I thought I bought. It's getting really hard to use florists nowadays because you just don't know if you're going to get what you paid for. Thanks but no thanks on this one.
