Charging seperatly for a vase when you sell flowers is dumb. You hide the "handling" charge until the end of the transaction.

The actual product I received, looks absolutely nothing like the photo on the website. I paid extra for the up-charge to have the larger bouquet, and the actual bouquet looks smaller than the basic one. I will never do this service again unless I know I am receiving the product I pay for. The flowers I bought, we're not at all worth $60, I will gladly email photos to a customer service representative to prove this. I'm greatly dissatisfied.

It made you select a larger order in order to deliver. The picture online was different from what I actually received. I know flowers available vary by location. Way less flowers that were in bloom and big. Dissatisfied with the flowers. But the balloon and bear were perfect.
The products were very withered and the bear was defective looking.
With all the Covid craziness, it's nice to know beautiful flowers could be made to order & delivered in such a short amount of time. We not be able to see her, but the nurses said they really picked up her spirits!
