I was very disappointed with the floral arrangement. It looked nothing like the picture- the flowers were wilted and hanging unpleasantly. My expectations were not met, whatsoever, therefore that significanlty negatively impacts the overall shopping expereince. I will NEVER use this business again. Flower delivery is a one time only gesture. There are no do-overs.

I can't actually say I was satisfied with the product because I did not directly view the product, and have not heard from the recipient. Since this is related to sympathy, I didn't actually expect to hear back from the recipient. Other aspects of my experience, ease of order, pricing and keeping the delivery date were positive.
